Refund Policy
Refunds are not available for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Preference for a different style or color
Refunds may be approved if:
- A prepaid order cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability.
- You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product that cannot be replaced.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds are issued via Bank Transfer only.
- Returned products are inspected before any refund is approved.
Exchange Policy
We offer 7-day exchanges from the date of delivery.
Exchange Eligibility
To qualify for an exchange, the item must:
- Be unused and unworn.
- Be returned in its original condition and packaging.
- Include all original tags and accessories.
Exchanges are available for:
- Size issues
- Manufacturing defects
- Incorrect item received
Exchange Process
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Our support team will guide you through the exchange process.
- Once the returned item passes inspection, your replacement will be dispatched.
Courier Charges
- Customers are responsible for courier charges on size exchanges.
- If the incorrect or defective item was sent by Veltor Leather, we will cover the shipping cost.
Important Notes
- Products showing signs of wear or damage are not eligible for exchange.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- Sale items may have different exchange conditions.

Shipping Charges
A flat delivery fee of PKR 250 applies to all orders across Pakistan.
